Versace Pre-S/S 2013

Versace has come up with a fantastic unique collection for their pre-Spring/Summer 2013 collection whilst still maintaining the classic Versace print. There was monochrome as well as bright colourful rock-inspired prints, to eye-catching details on jackets and blouses and simple printed mini-dresses. Pastel was a dominant palette which clashed with the busy and colourful prints that were on everything from suits to clutches. The theme seemed to be an edgy punk rock, with the model having a sharp cropped black haircut and donning printed skirts and dresses with the word 'rock' scrolled on it alongside colourful guitars and musical notes. Here are some of my favourite items.

I absolutely love the yellow
detail on the shoe and the print
of the skirt is gorgeous. A really
colourful summery outfit
that could be worn to a number of occasions.

I love Versace's mini-dresses. Each season, they never fail to bring a fresh new look to the style staple. I love the arrow print on this particular dress and the shoes having the Versace print gives it that extra couture edge.

The jacket with its wide lapels gives
it this punky, biker edge to the look, and
I absolutely love the fact that the print
is only on the sleeves.

I'm not too sure this print is for me, but the detail
on it is so illustrious and intricate, with notes woven
into the print and colourful eyecatching guitars.

Note the monochrome Versace ankle boots.
